When the paper is accepted, the authors are welcome to register for participation and pay the registration fee (see the section Register). Please note that the personal attendance of at least one of the authors is required.

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions the conference will be held in the distributed networking format at:
- Ulyanovsk State Technical University,
- Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov;
- Saratov Medical State University named after V.I. Razumovsky;
- Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
The Plenary Session will be held at Ulyanovsk State Technical University.
